This macro friendly peanut butter pie dip is a favorite amongst all healthy dessert recipes. Peanut butter pie dip is a sweet and creamy peanut buttery dip topped with some form of chocolate. Typically, the dessert is absolutely loaded with calories, fat and carbs. To make it more macro friendly make a few substitutions that work well and save about 60% of the calories. The biggest culprit to the calories in traditional peanut butter pie dip is the peanut butter. The best way to substitute it to still get that signature flavor is to use PBFit Peanut Butter Powder. Simply mix the powder with water to create the peanut butter paste that’s mixed with 1/3 of the fat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and reduced fat Cool Whip. You end up with a silky-smooth peanut butter and chocolate dip that pairs perfectly with pretzel crisps.

Macro Friendly Peanut Butter Pie Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz 1/3 of the fat cream cheese softened
- 6 tbsp PBFit peanut butter powder
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/4 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 oz reduced fat Cool Whip thawed
- chocolate syrup optional
- chocolate chips optional
Instructions
- Mix 6 tbsp of PBFit peanut butter powder with 3 tbsp of water until a paste forms.
- Add softened cream cheese to the peanut butter paste and blend with a handheld mixer until well incorporated.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla, blend until incorporated.
- Add thawed Cool Whip and blend again until silky smooth.
- Add dip to a bowl and top with Hershey's zero sugar chocolate sauce and sugar free chocolate chips.
