Macro Friendly Peanut Butter Pie Dip
A rich creamy peanut butter pie dip that tastes just as delicious as the traditional version but saves 60% of the calories.
- 8 oz 1/3 of the fat cream cheese softened
- 6 tbsp PBFit peanut butter powder
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/4 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 oz reduced fat Cool Whip thawed
- chocolate syrup optional
- chocolate chips optional
Mix 6 tbsp of PBFit peanut butter powder with 3 tbsp of water until a paste forms.
Add softened cream cheese to the peanut butter paste and blend with a handheld mixer until well incorporated.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla, blend until incorporated.
Add thawed Cool Whip and blend again until silky smooth.
Add dip to a bowl and top with Hershey's zero sugar chocolate sauce and sugar free chocolate chips.
