Macro Friendly Peanut Butter Pie Dip

A rich creamy peanut butter pie dip that tastes just as delicious as the traditional version but saves 60% of the calories.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz 1/3 of the fat cream cheese softened
  • 6 tbsp PBFit peanut butter powder
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/4 c powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 oz reduced fat Cool Whip thawed
  • chocolate syrup optional
  • chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix 6 tbsp of PBFit peanut butter powder with 3 tbsp of water until a paste forms.
  • Add softened cream cheese to the peanut butter paste and blend with a handheld mixer until well incorporated.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla, blend until incorporated.
  • Add thawed Cool Whip and blend again until silky smooth.
  • Add dip to a bowl and top with Hershey's zero sugar chocolate sauce and sugar free chocolate chips.
