If you’re looking for inspiration for boneless skinless chicken thighs, you’ve come to the right place. With just a few simple ingredients and very little prep time you will be serving your crew one of the best chicken recipes with my Easy Oven Baked Chicken Thighs. Bonesless skinless chicken thighs get trimmed of excess fat then tossed in olive oil and dry Italian dressing mix. I use the brand Good Seasons. You can use either the regular or zesty flavor.

Once tossed in olive oil and the seasoning you can either cover and let marinate in the refrigerator or cook immediately.  Marinating is not necessary. If you have the time though, might as well. The longer they cook the greater the crunch on the exterior. Because chicken thighs are fatty, the meat stays surprisingly moist even if the chicken has a crust.

Don’t be fooled into thinking this is only approriate for “Italian” recipes because the seasonig packet is “Italian.” The chicken comes out delicious for any type of meal and pairs well with everything. This recipe is actually the base to one of my most popular Asian recipes, Bourbon Chicken. If the chicken is going into another dish, though, I will back off the amount of Italian seasoning packets. If it’s being served as the main dish, I pack it with flavor. One pound of chicken per one pack of seasoning. It’s so delicious and so easy. This will become your go-to way of preparing chicken thighs! I promise.
