Easy Oven Baked Chicken Thighs
Chicken thighs get trimmed of excess fat and tossed in olive oil and Italian dry dressing mix. They then get baked on a lined sheet pan until crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. Delicious on their own or in any recipe.

packets Italian dressing mix

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Trim excess fat off boneless skinless chicken thighs.
Add chicken thighs to a large bowl along with 3 packets of Italian dressing mix and 1/4 c olive oil. Toss with tongs until the chicken is coated.
Place on a foil-lined sheet pan. Bake in the middle rack for 45-50 minutes.
Serve whole, slice or dice.
