Marry Me Chicken
Marry Me Chicken is not actually about getting a proposal but it won’t hurt your chances 😂 It’s creamy and garlicky with a sweet note from the sun dried tomatoes and freshness from the basil. It’s a decadent chicken dish. We paired it with my crispy potatoes (recipe reel posted several swipes down). It would be amazing with fresh pasta and crusty bread. 10/10

- 5-6 Chicken Breasts, trimmed & pounded
- 2 tb Olive Oil
- 2 tb Salted Butter
- Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper, Italian Seasoning (for seasoning chicken)
- 6 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 c Chicken Stock
- 2 c Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 c Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Ground Thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2/3 c Sun Dried Tomatoes, drained
- 2 tb Fresh Chopped Basil
