Baking Split Chicken Breasts
Baking split chicken breasts is my favorite way to prepare chicken breast meat. It’s so easy! No mess if you line your baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Also no trimming, pounding, and no grease splatter! It takes 5 minutes max getting them oven ready and then the oven does the work! Just oil them down with whatever oil you have (I’m using spray avocado oil) and generously season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes until the skin is crisp and the juices run clear from the meat.
