This fruit pizza is a perfect dessert to make in the summer when the berries are in season and everyone wants to go for something cool and refreshing. Traditionally fruit pizza is made on a sugar cookie base, but this recipe utilizes a pre-made refrigerated pizza crust. The pizza crust helps the dessert not become overly sweet and allows the berries and cream cheese mixture to be the stars.
One tip to help make serving much easier is to pre-cut the pizza crust once it has baked. Doing this before topping with the cream cheese mixture and berries allows the fruit pizza to stay looking beautiful. You’ll also avoid a mess on your counter. Trust me on this one.
