Pumpkin Coffee Cake
This is my favorite fall recipe. I stumbled across it last year and I’ve made it several times since. @sallysbakeblog truly knocked it out of the park with this one. Make it!

Ingredients
Wet ingredients
- 1 C pumpkin puree
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C canola or vegetable oil
- 1/4 C maple syrup
- 1/4 C whole milk
Dry ingredients
- 2 C flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
Crumble topping
- 1/2 C flour
- 1/2 C packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 5 TB cold diced butter
