These fluffy pancakes are for the traditional pancake lovers. The batter is easy to work with and it produces tall, pillowy soft pancakes every time. It’s a foolproof recipe. They deliver exactly what you’re wanting over the weekend when you just need a solid comforting breakfast. The best part is you just throw everything in a bowl and whisk. It’s so easy a child could make them. Top with salted butter and hot syrup and you’ll think you were just served hot cakes at a restaurant. This fluffy pancakes recipe makes 7 medium/large pancakes. I like to make a double batch and freeze the extras for the kids to toast throughout the week. Enjoy!

Tips for the Best Fluffy Pancakes
- Dispense batter in a batter dispenser for perfect pancakes and easy cleanup.
- Preheat the pan a hair under medium heat and allow to come to temperature before you oil and pour batter in.
- I like to use vegetable oil as a pan greaser because it creates a crisp edge, and it won’t burn.
- Use an offset spatula to cleanly get the pancakes to release from the pan then use a traditional spatula to flip.
- To keep cooked pancakes warm, place on a cookie sheet in a 150-degree oven while you cook the rest.
- Microwave your syrup in a glass measuring cup.
