High Protein Low Carb Stuffed French Toast

High protein low carb stuffed French Toast is too good to be true. I know. But I promise this is the real deal. I wish I had a link for the protein powder but just look it up. It’s called 1st phorm and the flavor is cinnamon cookie batter. It’s a great flavor for recipes. The sugar free syrup is THE BEST sf syrup hands down.   • 2 slices low carb bread (I use Healthy Life keto hawaiian — purchased at Kroger)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 TB unsweetened almond milk
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 3 oz softened 1/3 of the fat cream cheese
  • 1 scoop 1st phorm cinnamon cookie batter protein powder
  • Powdered sugar substitute (I like lakanto)
