Pork Tenderloin Sandwich
Straight from my state of Indiana is the pork tenderloin sandwich! A sandwich bigger than your head that has insane crunch!
Ingredients
- 4 thick cut boneless pork chops
- 2 1/2 c buttermilk
- 4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 2 eggs
- Vegetable oil for frying
