Korean Steak Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Ears of corn kernels
  • 1 1/2 Sticks kerrygold salted butter
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cayenne

Guac

  • 4 Ripe avocados
  • 1 bunch Chopped cilantro
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/3 c Garden fresh sweet onion salsa

Cilantro Sauce

  • 2 Bunches of cilantro leaves
  • 2 Seeded jalapeños
  • 4 Cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/2 c Brown sugar
  • 6 tb Low sodium soy sauce
  • 6 tb Vegetable oil
  • 2 tb Sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Coriander
  • 2 tsp Black pepper

Cilantro Lime rice

  • 2 c Prepared white rice
  • 1 Bunch cilantro leaves, chopped finely
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
