These Egg McCrunch Wraps are a high protein breakfast idea that is extremely macro friendly. The key is using a Cut Da Carb wrap. They are basically a healthy thin flatbread. Other than being macro friendly, they are huge. I’ve seen people use them as lasagna sheets, pizza crusts and even cut up and air fried into chips. They are a great alternative to traditional tortillas or flatbreads. You can’t find them in stores (yet) so grab them from their website.
The rest of the recipe includes ingredients you can grab from your local grocer: Canadian bacon, eggs and American cheese. I personally love using two slices of American cheese since the recipe calls for four pieces of Canadian bacon. You need two slices to truly balance out the amount of meat. They have reduced calorie American cheese options you can grab to keep the macros in check. But even a regular slice of Kraft American cheese is only 60 calories.
Final macros for this incredible high protein breakfast come in at 340 calories, 29 grams protein,11 net carbs (with one slice Kraft american cheese)
