Apple Toffee Dip
Sweet creamy apple dip with a cream cheese and brown sugar base. Crunchy heath toffee bits are added for irresistable texture and flavor. Serve with apple slices.
Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese (2 blocks) softened
- 1 1/2 c light brown sugar packed
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 8 oz Heath toffee bits
Instructions
- Add cream cheese and brown sugar to a large bowl or stand mixer. Beat until the sugar has dissolved into the cream cheese, about two minutes. Scrape the bowl and beat again.
- Add vanilla and continue mixing until combined.
- Add most of the bag of the heath bits, reserve about 1/4 cup to top the dip with.
- Scrape dip into a serving dish and top with the remaining Heath bits.
- Serve with apple slices and pretzels.
