Pumpkin Bread

If Fall were a bread, it would be this insanely moist fluffy pumpkin bread. You don't need any other pumpkin bread recipe. Enjoy morning, noon or night.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 C pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 C granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 C vegetable oil
  • 1/3 C water
  • 1 3/4 C flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix pumpkin puree, eggs, granulated sugar, vegetable oil and water to a bowl. Whisk by hand.
  • Add dry ingredients to the same bowl. Whisk until everything is incorporated.
  • Pour batter into a greased 9x5 loaf pan and bake on 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes.
