Pumpkin Bread
If Fall were a bread, it would be this insanely moist fluffy pumpkin bread. You don't need any other pumpkin bread recipe. Enjoy morning, noon or night.

1 C pumpkin puree 1 1/2 C granulated sugar 2 eggs 1/2 C vegetable oil 1/3 C water 1 3/4 C flour 1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 3/4 tsp salt
Mix pumpkin puree, eggs, granulated sugar, vegetable oil and water to a bowl. Whisk by hand.
Add dry ingredients to the same bowl. Whisk until everything is incorporated.
Pour batter into a greased 9x5 loaf pan and bake on 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes.
