This meatloaf is cooked in individual loaves and topped with a sweet sticky topping that pairs perfectly with the seasoned beef. The individual loaves make the meat cook more evenly and it looks a lot more appealing than one giant loaf. This has been a family favorite for years.
Cook onion in olive oil over medium heat until caramelized. In a large bowl add ground chuck, panko, salt, pepper, garlic powder, milk, eggs and cooked onion. Mix well and form 8-10 individual meat loaves. Bake on a broiler pan lined with foil. In a saucepan, combine ketchup, mustard and brown sugar over medium heat until it bubbles and top loaves with topping. Bake at 375 for an hour.
