4boneless skinless chicken breaststrimmed, pounded to even thickness
Instructions
Mix all the marinade ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Trim and pound chicken until it's even in thickness and add to the bag. Let chicken marinate for 8+ hours in the fridge. Sit at room temp for the final hour of marinating then throw on preheated grill. Don’t turn higher than a medium flame and cook with lid closed 6-7 min per side. Comes out perfect every time.
