My daughter elle begged me to make them again so here we are. The corn was a super good addition. Get FRESH. Don’t you dare use frozen or canned (even worse).
Bake fish for 20 min then flip and cook 7 minutes more. Cut corn off 4 ears of corn. Melt butter, add corn and cook 5 minutes over medium heat. Add sugar and seasoning and cook for 10 minutes. You want the starch taste gone but you still want the corn to snap in your mouth.
