Crunchy Garlic & Herb Breadcrumbs

These buttery, crunchy, garlicy breadcrumbs are flavorful and can elevate any dish. I've added them to chicken alfredo, fish and vegetables. They add perfect texture and flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Panko
  • 3 tb Olive Oil
  • 2 tb Kerrygold Salted Butter
  • 3 Cloves Garlic smashed
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Chopped Italian Herbs

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter over medium heat. Add 3 smashed garlic cloves. Once they're golden, add the panko breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and fresh herbs. Cook and constantly stir until the panko is golden brown. This process takes about 10 minutes.
