High Protein Caramel Cheesecake Fruit Dip
Whipped cottage cheese is sweetened and flavored with vanilla and topped with caramel sauce. It's the perfect high protein, sugar free, healthy snack that also satisfies a sweet tooth.
1 c low fat cottage cheese 2% Good Culture 1 tbsp sugar free vanilla instant pudding mix 1 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk optional 1 tbsp store bought caramel sauce Smucker's sugar free
Add cottage cheese, pudding mix and vanilla to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add 1 tbsp of almond milk if the mixture needs more liquid.
Scrape the blender or food processor down multiple times and continue blending until you there are no curds visible.
Put dip in a bowl and top with sugar free caramel sauce (Smucker's).
Serve with Granny Smith apple slices.
