Egg McCrunch Wrap

A high protein breakfast pocket that's a mashup up two favorite fast-food items, the Egg McMuffin and the Crunch Wrap Supreme.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1-2 slices American cheese
  • 4 slices Canadian bacon
  • 1 Cut da Carb sheet
  • avocado oil
  • salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Season and scramble 2 eggs and set aside.
  • Heat the Canadian bacon through in the pan the eggs cooked in.
  • Add eggs, cheese and Canadian bacon to a Cut Da Carb sheet.
  • Fold up the edges until it resembles a Crunch Wrap Supreme.
  • Toast over medium heat in a pan sprayed with avocado oil until golden brown on both sides.
