Egg McCrunch Wrap
A high protein breakfast pocket that's a mashup up two favorite fast-food items, the Egg McMuffin and the Crunch Wrap Supreme.
- 2 large eggs
- 1-2 slices American cheese
- 4 slices Canadian bacon
- 1 Cut da Carb sheet
- avocado oil
- salt & pepper
Season and scramble 2 eggs and set aside.
Heat the Canadian bacon through in the pan the eggs cooked in.
Add eggs, cheese and Canadian bacon to a Cut Da Carb sheet.
Fold up the edges until it resembles a Crunch Wrap Supreme.
Toast over medium heat in a pan sprayed with avocado oil until golden brown on both sides.
