Cook bacon and crumble. Set aside.
Cut rolls in half using a serrated knife.
Layer Swiss cheese on bottom half of rolls. If you only have 7 slices of cheese, you'll need to cut 2 of the slices in half and arrange them on the edge of the rolls. If you have more cheese, feel free to overlap.
Layer the top half rolls with American cheese, overlapping halfway up from the previous row of cheese.
Add crumbled bacon on top of the Swiss cheese and spread out evenly.
Flip the top rolls on.
Melt butter over medium heat in a saucepan. Add honey mustard and all the seasonings. Whisk until fully incorporated.
Pour all the sauce on top of the sliders and use a brush to spread around.
Bake uncovered on the top rack for 15-20 minutes just until they turn golden and the cheese is melted.
