Ingredients

  • 16 count King's Hawaiian Rolls
  • 7 slices Swiss cheese
  • 12 slices American Cheese Velveeta or Kraft
  • 1 lb Bacon cooked and crumbled

Butter Sauce

  • 4 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey mustard
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  • Cook bacon and crumble. Set aside.
  • Cut rolls in half using a serrated knife.
  • Layer Swiss cheese on bottom half of rolls. If you only have 7 slices of cheese, you'll need to cut 2 of the slices in half and arrange them on the edge of the rolls. If you have more cheese, feel free to overlap.
  • Layer the top half rolls with American cheese, overlapping halfway up from the previous row of cheese.
  • Add crumbled bacon on top of the Swiss cheese and spread out evenly.
  • Flip the top rolls on.
  • Melt butter over medium heat in a saucepan. Add honey mustard and all the seasonings. Whisk until fully incorporated.
  • Pour all the sauce on top of the sliders and use a brush to spread around.
  • Bake uncovered on the top rack for 15-20 minutes just until they turn golden and the cheese is melted.
