Protein Pancakes

Fluffy protein pancakes made with pancake mix, vanilla protein powder and smashed banana. Taste amazing and have perfect texture.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 c protein pancake mix clean simple eats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder clean simple eats
  • 1 medium banana ripe
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 packet stevia sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Smash ripe banana in a bowl.
  • Add pancake mix, protein powder, sweetener, cinnamon, water and vanilla. Mix.
  • Preheat a pan just under medium heat.
  • Spray with oil before each pancake.
  • Pour in 1/3 of the batter and flip when bubbles have formed over the surface of the pancake.
  • Top with your favorite fixings and enjoy.

Notes

Makes 3 pancakes.
