Peel apples and thinly slice. Add to a large mixing bowl.
To the apples add sugar, flour, cinnamon, and water. Mix and set aside.
In a separate bowl mix your topping of brown sugar, quick cooking oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda and melted salted butter. Mix until crumbly.
Grease a 9x13 dish and add in all the apples. Top with all of the crumble topping.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes
While the apple crisp bakes make your whipped cream. To a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, whisk cold heavy whipping cream
Let apple crisp rest one hour.
