23.4 oz boxes instant vanilla pudding mix (small boxes)
1 3/4C2% milk
4tspinstant coffee granules + 2 TB hot tap water
16ozCool Whip (2 regular size tubs)
8ozHeath toffee bits (1 bag)
Instructions
Prepare brownies in a 9x13 dish per package instructions for a fudgy consistency and not cakey. Let cool completely. Cut in bite size pieces.
To a large bowl whisk both boxes of pudding mix with cold milk. Let set for a few minutes.
While the pudding sets, in a separate bowl mix the instant coffee granules with very hot tap water. Stir to dissolve.
Pour instant coffee into the vanilla pudding and whisk.
Fold in an 8 oz tub of thawed cool whip into the pudding mixture.
In a trifle dish assemble the layers as follows: brownies, half the pudding mixture, 4 oz or half a container of cool whip, heath bits. Repeat those layers. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and any remaining heath bits.
